What happens to your data?
Updated October 2026
Your firm’s data and your clients’ data stay in your own accounts and never train AI. Nothing reaches a client without a person sending it.
Where does the data live?
In your own email, drive, and CRM, behind the logins you use today. When the AI writes something, it reads only what that task needs, under the AI provider’s business terms. We work in your accounts with access you can remove any day, and we never hold your passwords or keep a copy.
Does any of it train AI?
No. We set up your accounts so nothing from your firm or your clients is used to train AI, and we show you the setting.
What can the AI do without a person?
Nothing reaches a client without a person. Changes to your CRM and tasks wait for an OK too. Sending, signing, and paying stay buttons your people press.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Someone catches it before it goes out, the same as with a new hire’s work. If something slips anyway, call us. We find what happened and fix it.
What if a client’s contract has an AI clause?
Some contracts require you to say how you use AI, and some need the client’s OK first. You get a written list of every account we connect, what each one can do, and how to switch each one off. Send the list, and get that OK before we connect their work.
How do you switch everything off?
You or your IT person can remove any connection from your Google or Microsoft admin settings, any day. Your firm runs the way it did before.
What should you ask anyone who sets up AI for you?
- Whose account does the AI run on? If it’s theirs, your data and your clients’ data live with them.
- What can the AI send without a person? You want a short, specific answer.
- Who do you call when something goes wrong? A name, not a help desk.
